All our products are strictly checked before shipping and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is any problem with the quality, exchanges will be accepted within 21 days of receipt, excluding sale items.

Returned items can be exchanged for other merchandise or a credit given against future purchases, see exchange form below. Returned items must be undamaged, unaltered, unworn, and must include original packaging.

Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

Please note that all sale and discounted items are final sale and sold as-is. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange any items on your order, within 21 days of your receipt date, please email shop.service@solsmile.com.au with your order number in the subject line. Alternatively, fill out the Exchange form with all information as below. This will allow us to re-order your new item ready to send out to you once we receive your original item back. Please note that we are unable to exchange for items of a higher value in this instance. For items of a lesser value, a credit can be given against future purchases.
